The 2024-2025 Consolidated Reports are now available online and in myLegion.

There have been several changes to either specific or simplify the verbiage, as well as the addition to a few new questions, such as those relating to “BE THE ONE.”

Please find the fillable PDFs for both CPR and CSR attached.

You may find the CPR online for download within the publications section of Legion.org.  When you go there, select the "Information Center" drop down, then "In the Media," then "Publications," and "Organization, Membership & Awards Publications."

The CSR is kept with the all the other SAL publications. Select the "About" drop down, then "American Legion Family," then "Sons of The American Legion," and "Publications & Forms."

Consolidated reports are also live on MyLegion for those who have access.  We highly encourage adjutants to periodically add relevant information throughout the year to this report.  This helps capture data more efficiently and accurately as specific events, services and programs occur at your post/squadron.
